Policies

PRIVATE LESSONS:
A private lesson is scheduled for one person, or couple, with one teacher at a studio where there could be other teachers and students on the floor. These lessons are by appointment only and are offered on a first come basis.

55-minute Private Lesson  = $65

24 Hours Notice = No Charge! Instructor has time to fill the slot or cancel the studio reservation.
8 Hours or Less = Full Lesson Charged
No Notice and No Show = Full Lesson Charge 



GROUP LESSONS:

A group class is a group of students with one or more teachers. These are scheduled in advance and registration is required.

4 Week Session = $55 per person for Members or $65 per person for Non Members
All class fees are due on the first day of class.  No 'pay per class' allowed.  Cash or check only please.  Refunds are by discretion only and will include a $5 per session fee. 

MAKE-UP CLASSES:  If you miss a class you can learn the missed material during the comprehensive review at your next class.  If for some reason  you can not continue with the group class session due to hospitalization or have moved out of town, sorry no refunds!

TARDINESS:

If the student is late for either a private lesson or a group class, they forfeit that time.

If the instructor is late for a private lesson that time will be made up.

REALITY – Group classes sometimes start late for one reason or another. They will be held over at the instructor’s discretion, depending greatly on what follows the class and the instructor’s schedule.
